PAYMENT AUTHORITY

Members who elect to have their membership fees paid to the Union by Direct Debit should note the following:

Your account will be debited the amount of either:
$494.00 Annually

The Union shall advise of any change to the amount being debited from your account.
Please be aware that should insufficient funds be in your account at the time of the debit transaction, your financial institution may impose a charge for your account being overdrawn.
The Payment Authority does not allow the Union to access the personal account details of the account holder.
It is very important that you notify the Union of any change of contact or account details.
If the account debited is not your own, please ensure the account holder fills in the Payment Authority.
If you wish to cancel your membership, you must notify the Union in writing. Two weeks' notice is required when resigning from the Union in accordance with Rule 7.2.2.

The financial institution may, in its absolute discretion, determine the order and priority of payment by it of any monies pursuant to this request or any authority or mandate.
The financial institution may, in its absolute discretion, at any time by notice of writing to me/us terminate this request as to future debits.
The user may, by prior arrangement and advice to me/us, vary the amounts or frequency of future debits.
I/We leave our employment, I/we must notify the Union in writing to cancel my/our future direct debits as the Union will not be held responsible for any charges occurred.
